Another one in as many days. I'd almost forgotten what it's like to have a proper weekend...
The first half of Green/C, now completed.
The WIP Green/Command, minus the Commissar who I'm not yet ready to show off.
The first shotgunner. I'm still not sure whether I like his gun or not. Any suggestions on how to improve its shotgunny-ness? Does it need any more work?
This guy is probably my favourite of the squad, with his sharpened entrenching tool and oversized knife. He still needs sleeves, though, as does the guy above.
The Platoon Officer, especially for Lord General Militant Gordon. :)
He's still lacking something, somehow. Ideas?
The Platoon Sergeant Major, who is probably the least converted model in the army...
And the other guy with shotgun.
And an army shot. Two whole Troops choices! Woohoo!

They're looking good!
ReplyDeleteMy suggestion for the Platoon leader is a cape, possibly a sash.
Ooh, a sash. Good call!
ReplyDeleteFeedback I've gotten from my logs on various forums means I'm going to rotate his left foot outwards, give him torso armour and a pack and roll.
I think you need to model a guardsmen cowering and then always position him infront of the seargent major that'll get a few chuckles, one thing I have to say about the shotguns is that there a bit long (my opinion you don't have to listen to it) Have you ever seen the Halo 3 shotguns I'm thinking something like that'd work well infact
